Before pursuing his passion in real estate, Aaron worked as a team manager for the USA Olympic Beach Volleyball teams. During his time there, he and his team worked hard to change the culture and standard of care for the athletes. Prior to his arrival, the athletes were responsible for almost every aspect of their training and performance. They found and paid for their own coaches, trainers, nutritionists, etc. with only a little financial support behind them.

The team worked hard to change that and support the athletes at the highest level. Within a few years, they were able to increase funding for the athletes, provide world-class trainers, coaches, medical care, nutritionists, and sports psychologists. And for the first time ever, the beach athletes had their own training center to have easy access to all the support. A team was built around the athletes to support them in every way possible to help them achieve their goals of winning Olympic gold.

Ever since joining the team in Arizona, Aaron has worked to do something similar in real estate; build the team around the client to provide world-class service.
